Tuscan cooking courses in a country house

We offer cooking classes that allow you to experience everyday life in a country farmhouse and enjoy a great home-cooked meal and a glass of wine in front of a blazing fireplace.

You can choose your menu by selecting the recipes you want to prepare, from handmade pasta, sauces, meat main courses and desserts with our organic flours. But in particular you can learn to make homemade bread with sourdough from the farmyard and then bake it in a wood oven. We give all participants our sourdough starter with instructions on how to take care of it.

You will assimilate the subtle knowledge hidden in simple recipes and the wise culinary tradition of the farmer who knows how to enjoy the fruits offered by his generous land.

THE COURSE IS ADDRESSED TO ANYONE WHO HAS AN INTEREST IN THE TOPIC, YOU DO NOT NEED ANY REQUIREMENTS EXCEPT TO LOVE AND APPRECIATE GENUINE FOOD.
